Students will return to school this Thursday, and all teachers are required to be back starting on Monday. This is a new job for me and I’ve actually spent the last week in training and orientation sessions. I’ve been able to spend a little bit of time organizing the room and buying a few supplies; special thanks to my mother who helped out two days with cleaning up some of the unforgivable messes left behind by the prior teacher. In case you haven’t noticed, my blog presence is much lower than it used to be. I’m afraid that this will continue to be the case until I’ve established a routine at school and things are running smoothly.
